- Bookings
On-Line. Full confirmation details will be emailed to you on completion of the booking form and on receipt of the full course fee, when. The fee can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. - Cancellations
Applications to cancel bookings must be made at least 21 days prior to the course / experience date when refunds will be made in full.
For cancellations made within 21 days of the course / experience date the course fee will be forfeited
Alternatively, the course / experience can be taken by a driver nominated by you. - Date Transfers
Applications to transfer a course, Experience or voucher date to another date must be made at least 14 days prior to the course, Experience or voucher expiry date. An administration fee of £30.00 will be charged to arrange the transfer. - Non-Attendance
In the event of your non-attendance on the course / experience date the course fee will be forfeited. - Applications to join courses
Application to directly book a place/s on a course / experience may be made on-line, by phone or email. - Gift Vouchers
Application to join a course / experience can be made to redeem a Gift Voucher.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 24mths (unless otherwise stated) from the date of purchase.
Bill Gwynne Rallyschool International Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
Non-attendance on the course / experience date will result in the cancellation of the Gift Voucher. - Cancellation of course date
We reserve the right to cancel the course at our sole discretion, in which event an alternative date will be offered or a full refund will be made. It is agreed that this will be the full measure of damages due to you in the event of cancellation and is accepted as being reasonable. - Mechanical Faults
In the event of a mechanical fault arising with the course / experience vehicle/s we will endeavour to provide a spare car of the same type, either two wheel drive or four wheel drive.
If the spare car is for a lower price course / experience than your original car, we will make a proportional refund based on your driving time in the spare car. - Refusal to Participate
We reserve the right to prevent your participation on the course / experience if we have reasonable grounds to consider you are possible unfit to drive for reasons of health or consumption of alcohol / drugs. - Declaration of Indemnity
You will be required to sign a declaration of indemnity before staring your course.
If you are under 18 yrs of age the signature of your parent or guardian will be required.
Driver’s guests will also be required to sign the declaration of indemnity - Guests
You are entitled to bring a guest/s with you as spectators (maximum 2 per paying Experience/Course).
A fee is payable per guest in respect of a light lunch, all day refreshments and insurance. - Insurance
Third party public liability insurance is provided in respect of your Course / Experience day. - Vehicles
We will provide suitable cars for you to use. - Crash Helmets
You will be provided with a suitable helmet which must be worn in the car at all times. - Refreshments & Lunch
All day refreshments and a light lunch will be provided on one day Experiences and Courses.
