This is where it all started, the very first professional rally driving school! Bill Gwynne Rallyschool International taught its first aspiring rally drivers in the Spring of 1982 and tens of thousand of drivers, of all levels, have learnt the special skills required to drive a rally car smoothly, quickly and safely ever since.
Five times British Rally Champion, Bill Gwynne founded the rally driving school to coach competing drivers to improve their rally driving skills. It quickly became apparent that drivers without any competition rally experience were just as interested in experiencing the thrill of sideways driving on the loose. Drivers have come from over thirty countries and we’ve operated schools on every continent.
Our professional rally driving course has produced a double World Rally Champion in the Production Class, Japanese driver Toshi Arai, and a multiple FIA Middle East Rally Champion, Mohammed Bin Sulayem of the United Arab Emirates. And our range of rally driving experience have produced more smiles per minute for drivers from every walk of life, than most other things you can do in a car!
Bill Gwynne is a member of the Motor Sport Association Rallies Committee, founder member & Chairman of the British Association of Rally Schools and currently competing in rally and motocross events.
